Just a selection of the talks, workshops, conference presentations etc MUI colleagues have been busy with this week.

17 July

News today from the Triangulum project which is helping to cut carbon emissions in Manchester, plus a tweet about the use of cargo bikes for deliveries.

18 July

Francesca Gains, co-lead on MUI's Devo Manc hub, spoke at an event investigating gender representation in devolution, with IPPR North and Labour and Conservative councillors. 

18-19 July

Sarah Marie Hall took the 'Everyday Austerity' exhibition to the Pioneers' Museum in Rochdale on July18 and then to Bury Market on July 19 as part of the tour around the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester. Read the story on the Bury Market website.

19 July

Saskia Warren took part in a workshop on Arts Funding with Arts Council England, organised by the University of Southampton. Saskia talked about "Time, Rhythm and the Creative Economy: everyday insights from arts-based practitioners."
